To enroll a project in Multifamily Energy Savings, email [email protected] with the following information:

Must have:

  • Project(s) site information: Property name, complete street address (including zip code), property owner name, number of buildings & number of units, age of property

  • Copies of electricity and/or gas service bills (to confirm utility customer status)

  • Resident income documentation: Household size & household income

If possible, also include:

  • If the property is deed-restricted, provide a copy of the property’s regulatory agreement (agreements must show the start date and the term length of the agreement in years, be current/valid and signed)
  • Property needs assessments (PNAs) or capital needs assessments (CNAs), this helps ESA Multifamily Energy Savings staff understand opportunity on site

  • High level notes about the common areas and central system opportunities

Note that program staff will still need to speak with the owner or an owner representative to verify their eligibility.
